1. Scan

Create impressions in-house with your laboratory’s scanner or receive digital scans of a patient’s anatomy direct from the dentist you are working with.

2. Design

Import the scan data into your dental CAD software. Our printers and scanners are fully compatible with all dental CAD software that supports STL exports, as well as offering direct integration with  ExoCADImport and 3Shape . From here, you can design models, restorations, and other indications. 

3. Print

When you have completed your design, you can import the relevant CAD files into PreForm, our proprietary print preparation software, to prepare the file for printing. With a click of the button, the model can be sent to the 3D printer. All print jobs can be ordered remotely, and if you need to change the resin tanks and materials for different applications, this can be done in just a few seconds. Your printer will never run out of material mid-print due to the presence of the automatic resin cartridge system.

4. Prepare

The automated Form Wash and Form Cure solutions simplify the post-processing of printed parts which saves labour and time, thereby making the process even more cost-effective.

5. Use

Use the parts directly or manufacture orthodontic appliances like clear aligners or retainers over the 3D printed models using your existing workflow and tools.
