How to use the Form 3B+ to streamline your workflow

Produce parts you will be proud to deliver to patients with the Formlabs Form 3B+. Formlabs dental has been verified by dentists for reliablility, high-quality and ease of use.
Formlabs Scan

1. Scan

Using an intraoral scanner, collect patient scans digitally.

2. Design

Upload scans to dental CAD software & design treatments virtually.

3. Print

Import the designed CAD files into PreForm and easily send them to a Formlabs printer.

4. Process

Wash and dry parts before post curing. Parts can then be used intraorally.

Designed for minimal operator intervention

The Formlabs Form 3B+ has been designed for nonstop throughput in order to work seamlessly without having to be monitored by an operator.

Cloud monitoring

Over time, remotely monitor your printers and track resin and tank usage on the online Dashboard.

Status alerts

Enable notifications via text and email when prints are completed or your printer needs attention. 

Resin dispensing

The Formlabs automated resin system holds two resin cartridges to prevent interruptions mid-print and dispenses as parts print. 

In-house repairs

Form 3B+ parts can be replaced individually. This means you don't have to wait for a replacement printer if something goes wrong.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Printer is offered to you on a 6 month loan. In that time you are able to run it as if it was your own machine.

2. We will offer a ½ day on boarding session to get your up to speed with the printer.

3. Solid Print3D are on hand to support you during these 6 months on 01926 333 777 or support@solidprint3d.co.uk

4. At the end of the 6 month period you can either:
a. Return the machine (we will arrange collection)
b. Purchase the machine at list price (F3B+ £3,350 + Form wash £445 + Form Cure £625 = £4,420 ex VAT)

5. Original packaging must be kept if the machine is returned otherwise a charge for new packaging will be invoiced.

6. Any further consumable / resin purchases must be made through Solid Print3D.

7. To win this giveaway, you must be part of a registered dental practice / laboratory.
