1. Scan

Receive dentists' digital scans of patients' anatomy directly or use your lab's scanner to create impressions in-house.  

2. Design

Because our equipment offers direct integration with 3Shape and ExoCADImport and compatibility with all dental CAD software tools that support STL exports, data can be imported into the appropriate dental CAD software, enabling the design of models, restorations, and other indications. 

3. Print

Once the design stage is complete, CAD files can be imported into PreForm print preparation software for print setup, then simply sent to the 3D printer. It's a moment's work to switch between materials and resin tanks for different applications and print jobs can be issued remotely. The automatic resin cartridge system prevents the printer from running out of material while the job's in progress.

4. Prepare

Post-processing of printed parts is simplified too with the automated Form Wash and Form Cure solutions, saving time and work - and therefore money.
